For a few years in a row, I bought some trail mix like this from Wal-Mart when we went camping. As per usual in our family, it became a tradition! This summer I couldn't find it - so made my own. We made it again as a just-in-case item for hurricane preparations this past week {we didn't evacuate} and I thought it would be fun to share the recipe here!
Peanut Butter Trail Mix
one bag pretzels
one jar dry roasted peanuts
one bag peanut butter chips {on the baking aisle}
one bag Reese's Pieces
Dump into a large bowl or gallon Ziploc and shake to mix. It will fill the Ziploc depending on how many pretzels you add.
Yum!
