Slow Anniversary

After sickness in our house, David and I didn't really feel up to going out for our anniversary for the first time ever! He graciously offered to bring pizza home and Rachel spear headed a committee to plan a little restaurant at home for us to enjoy our dinner!

It was actually so nice! They called it 3 Peeps Pizza and came up with a menu, table setting and centerpiece, made cards, etc. so sweet!

I ordered sparkling grape juice and a side of apples :) We agreed the ambiance was lovely!

These have to be the most beautiful flowers David has ever brought me! I have enjoyed them a full week and they are still pretty! We watched our wedding dvd with our littles and I realized how that imparts a legacy of the value of marriage to them as well - letting them watch us celebrate together. It was so sweet.

Their spelling is so sweet and adorable! I hope you save the "menue" for many years and show them when they are older and have their own children. What a beautiful way for them to honor you and David!
