Slowing Summer: Sit Still Every Day
For the last several weeks, I've been thinking that once we hit summer - I wanted to try to sit still for at least ten minutes every day. Now that we've hit that - my first week has been a success in doing this!
One day, I looked at a book from the library. Another day, had a cup of tea and picked up some crochet.
There is nothing complicated about this and everything slow and simple. Sit. Every day this summer for ten minutes if you can and let the stillness rejuvenate you!
Bonus: Take a nap! One morning, I woke up early and after breakfast laid back down and fell asleep for over two hours! Crazy but wonderful.
