Spring Mantel

As promised, here is what I came up with for our Spring mantel! I haven't really done a Spring mantel before so I looked all over Pinterest for some inspiration but only shopped our house and made the wire/pallet wood frame. Chalkboard art inspiration here.

I'm so enjoying the pops of color and the height from the new frame is really working for me. By His Stripes garland here. And, now - just more photos!

Do you decorate your mantel for Spring? What is your favorite element?

I love your mantel. Come decorate mine. I have the garland you made several years ago hanging on my mantel. I buy fresh flowers once a week at Produce Junction. Right now they are tulips. I have a string of lights hidden in some green garland:)

I always like to see the projects that you have made. :) I live in Texas and it has done nothing but rain the past 2 weeks! We had sunshine this weekend. I'm thinking I have flowers blooming outside, but I might buy some tulips for inside:) thanks for sharing! I like the chalk art .

Love! I pinned the same chalkboard art. Not sure if I will decorate for Spring as we are starting a big project this weekend.

Beautiful! Wondering... what is in the jar with the dried (?) orange slice in it??

@Denise Hunt: yes, it is a dried orange slice :) Inside are some wicked looking forks I found at a yard sale - the ivory handles and character were just too hard to pass up!

I know I say, "I love it!", after every post, but I love it!!! Haha! Love the frame, and how you decorated it! I miss having a fireplace and mantel to decorate...

Ivory handled forks! Yes! I just couldn't quite make it out! Your creativity astounds me. I know the Author of creativity, but let me tell ya, those 'genes' missed me completely! Thank you for sharing! I haven't decorated for spring yet. I will probably do my typical - small pink rose topiaries. YOUR names of Jesus banner I made a few years back. And I don't know what else. Will have to see what is in the bucket. Thanks for the inspiration.
