Inspired by this - we made this delish brownie pizza over a recent weekend. We did not want to buy anything, so improvised with this:
Make half of this recipe and bake in a pizza pan.
Make one batch of this icing replacing the vanilla with a splash of peppermint extract.
Crush up two mini candy canes and sprinkle over the top.
YUM! We thought it got even better a day or two later after stored in an airtight container.
