Manitou Cliff Dwellings

It is so fun when we come to Colorado to do some of the same things year after year, but we also look forward to doing one or two different things each year. This year, I chose two things that related to what we'd be studying in school this year. Today, I'm sharing the first place we went - Manitou Cliff Dwellings. Tomorrow - Cave of the Winds!

This is so exciting! It has to be an adventure for all to see and explore a place you have studied. One on our list is to see the little red light house on the Hudson river. It is a joy to see you living out plans too bring to life studies. It will be fun to see your next post as well. The time is sweet that you spend with your parents. Angelia in Tx

We've been to Mesa Verde, but had never been to these dwellings so much closer to home -- it was fun to experience it with you and the littles! Love, Mom
