Roasted Potatoes

Several of you requested the recipe for Roasted Potatoes when I mentioned them last week!

This is ridiculously easy! Cut up your potatoes and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and add about 1 tsp. minced garlic clove. Stir together and bake at 425 until starting to brown a bit!

Great recipe! I make these in the winter but not in the summer. Something about turning of the oven!! Thank you.

Yum! I just started making this recipe this past year, and our family agrees they taste better than McD's fries. =)

Happy summer!

I love roasted potatoes and my recipe sounds just like yours! Because it is getting so hot out, I take our toaster oven outside and set it on a table on the back porch and plug it in outside. Then I just roast the potatoes outside keeping the heat out of the house! I can't make as many potatoes as you show in your picture, but I can still make enough for the family. Have a blessed day.

I love doing my potatoes this way. Sometimes I also sprinkle lemon pepper on them. Have you ever roasted sweet potatoes. Do them the same way you do your potatoes. They are so good!

Oh. so. yummy!!! For a little twist, I've mixed sweet and white potatoes with quartered shallots in the roasting pan. And I agree with Katie's family, these DO taste better than McD's fries!

We love these too!! Just too hot to turn on the oven right now. I boiled mine tonight, then stirred in some butter and salt and pepper. Yummy!!
