Say, "Cheese!"

These are some of my favorite pictures we had taken out at Glen Eyrie by the lovely Heather! It was cold! But, we had fun being together and were happy with some great pictures to remember our Colorado Christmas by! Check out Carrie's post of some of her favorites!

The ones of your parents are some of my favorites as well. So glad you guys liked them and that we had the chance to meet. That was the best thing about our entire time.

Oh Monica--these photos brought tears to my eyes, especially the one with your mom and dad.

It is so hard in the point-and-shoot, small kid season of life to gather together in one big photo. Other than our wedding photos, I'm not sure our kids have a decent shot of the two of us together at all.

Think I just found my Valentine's Day idea!

Such wonderful pics! I especially love the black and white photos. There is just something about black and white photos that intrigues me. I guess since there is no color, you are more drawn to the subject of the composition.

Dear Monica:

I agree...these pictures are fabulous. I can't wait to get some of them.
Thanks for posting them for all to see.
I agree with Elizabeth, that your entire family is beautiful. (of course, I could be prejudiced!)

Love you all, Grandma

I love the pictures of your parents--very sweet. In the first one of Samuel by himself, does he have his dukes up ready to fight?? or is it boxing?
