Resourceful, Creative and Frugal Unite!

Another fun thing I wanted to do in Kansas City was to meet Crystal of Money Saving Mom and Biblical Womanhood.

She was gracious enough to agree to get together twice - once at Starbucks and then again the next day with all our littles.

I had sort of a mental list of questions I wanted to ask her and enjoyed getting her input. I appreciated her wisdom and felt that she was a kindred spirit in many ways. We definitely have a lot in common.

Here was our cute photographer:
And, then she wanted her picture taken the way we had our photo taken:
I know that I always hope I am the same person in "real life" and on my blog. I felt that Crystal was exactly what I expected and thought of her by reading her blog. And, I enjoyed the opportunity to get together!

Other bloggers I'd love to meet are Meredith, Joy and Amy. Better yet, could I just pick and choose my neighbors from all over the country and we could create one giant and wonderful community?!

Have any of you met fellow bloggers? Who would you like to meet? Why?

I am glad that you had a good time meeting Crystal.

There are so many people I would like to meet that it hard to narrow it down. I would love to meet you! An afternoon of crafting would be fun.

I would also like to meet Katy from Country Blossom. She seems so sweet and I would love to walk through her home. She has a good eye for arranging accessories! ~Wendi

No I have not met any yet- but I am getting ready to meet a whole bunch of them at the Beth Moore conference in San Antonio Texas- There are a few I want to meet in particular because we have our hearts in the same place. Keepers of the home, wives, and homeschooling mothers. It is encouraging to meet women who are walking the same path that the Lord has placed you on.

I haven't met any bloggers, but it sure would be fun. I hear you about the idea of picking our neighbors from all over the country.

But since we can't do that, I'm so glad we can read and share through blogs. Yours always brightens my day. :)

I've become friends with Jewels and the next time I travel to see my daughter in New England, I really want to take extra time to visit Jewels' lovely family.

There are so many others I'd love to know in person like Cheryl (Copperswife).

My son just attended a convention in Baltimore where he met nine friends he has known online for six or seven years. It was fun listening to who was "just like I thought he/she would be" and who was completely different. :)

I'd like to meet Meredith, Amy of Amy's Humble Musings, and of course Crystal.
I am very fortunate though, to know you, Monica, IRL! I had such a fun time today with you and your little ladies.
I thought your mom's comment was very sweet! :)

Well, I certainly enjoyed meeting you, Monica. You have such a "sunshiny" personality and generous spirit. You inspire me daily!

Jewels at Eyes of Wonder would be nice to meet, as well as Crystal, the Money Saving Mom.

Hugs,

Chrissy

You are so sweet! I am dying to meet you in person too and to just have tea with you. I think that would be the coolest thing ever.

I have never paid to go to a blogging event, but I am thinking I might suck up the price of the one day conference in Nashville for BlogHer. I am hoping to meet Meredith, Mrs. Fussypants, Ivy (from Home Ec 101), and so many other great Nashville bloggers.

I loved seeing the picture of Crystal- she is another blogger I would love to meet!!
