Family Night: Hula Hoop and Jump Rope!

I'm a little later than usual getting this posted, but for our Family Night last week, we introduced hula hoops and the jump rope! Our girls had never played with these things before, so it was very exciting, new and fun for them!

Here are a few pictures of our adventures:

Wow Monica, you look GREAT! No one who saw you without your family would ever guess you're the mom of three.

I love your younger daughter's sweet tummy. :) Looks like a wonderful evening.

Oh my goodness look how sweet Rachel looks with her belly! You are so good about waiting to introduce things to your kids. I always rush into it before they are ready and I don't think they get a true appreciation of most things because by the time they are really ready they have already had the things around for awhile. *sigh*

It is amazing how the simple things can be the most fun...hula hoops, jump ropes, craft supplies, and even card board boxes.

I am lovin' the pink skirted leotard on your youngest. Too cute!

Oh, I love, love, love that tummy! It brings back such happy memories of my now 11 year old - the one who has to cinch up her size slim jeans with a belt to keep them up. When my daughter was about the age of yours, a little girl in front of us in church one day asked me if my daughters hands were on too tight, because it was pooching out around them. :) Enjoy!!
