Spring Clean: Laundry Room

I've been struggling to keep up with my spring cleaning and Monday's task of cleaning the Den has not happened yet at all. Yesterday, was laundry day and my day to clean the laundry room and here is what was accomplished:

Before Pix:

What I did:
* Moved out washer and dryer - swept and mopped underneath
* Cleaned clutter off of top of washer and dryer and wiped off.
* Moved out little kitchen and cleaned behind, tidied toys
* Cleared off clutter on top of freezer, wiped off
* Took several armloads of things to the shed for storage
* Washed, dried, folded and put away all laundry
* Completed ironing

After Pix:

Want to come to my house to do my laundry room? I live to far away for that but what a great job you did. We've had the flu for 3 weeks now, so not only do I need to clean for spring, I need to clean period. Thanks for the inspiration. Lynn Marie

You are an inspiration!!!! My laundry room needs an OVER haul from top to bottom!!!!!!!!
Keep up the great work, but pace yourself... don't get worried if you get "behind" schedule! The dirt won't go anywhere, but with 3 little ones (including a NEW baby) just life is BUSY!!! Enjoy moments with your babies without stressing about things that you "should" be doing!!!!!

What a wonderful room!! I hope to have an actual laundry room whenever we buy a house again.
You are doing great, especially with a new one! I am amazed!!

Oh, a laundry room....sigh! How wonderful!

When we moved this time I was just thrilled that the laundry was in a closet in the house (washer and drier fill the entire closet) and not out in the garage like most southern CA homes!

Yours looks wonderful! And not just because it is an actual room!
