Fresh Apple Muffins


Fresh Apple Muffins

1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients and spoon into prepared muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Makes: one dozen muffins

Is there any apple in the muffins? Just curious! They look delicious and seem like they would go well on a "morning-sick" tummy!

Leanne!! Thanks for catching that - I've fixed it! :) Yes, there is 2 c. of chopped apples included now!! They are very mild and yummy!

I know I will love this recipe because I love anything with apple in it. Do you know I think that muffins are one of my very favorite things to eat ~ I love having one with my tea in the morning ~ just makes me happy:o)
