Cinnamon Topped Oatmeal Muffins

Combine:
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 T. baking powder
1 c. oats (quick or old fashioned)
3 T. oil
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk

Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill prepared muffin tins 2/3 full. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar on top. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.
