Broccoli Chicken Crescents

Mmmm, these are so yummy! They are very simple and our toddler loves them also! This recipe is somewhat adapted from a Pampered Chef recipe. I have been fixing broccoli often lately knowing I will need to take a break very soon when I start nursing again.

3/4 c. steamed broccoli flowerets, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
3/4 c. cooked and chopped chicken
1/2 can cream of chicken soup (you can freeze the rest, or if making this kind of soup, just make half a batch)
1 c. shredded cheddar or mexican blend cheese
1 can crescent rolls

Combine everything except the rolls in a bowl. Evenly divide the filling over each piece of dough and wrap crescent around to secure. Mixture will still be showing and they will be quite full - but this is what makes them so yummy!

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until rolls are browned.
